Nautilus Leadership Team

Beth Chase serves as Chief Operating Officer at Nautilus Data Technologies, where she leads day-to-day operations across the organization, focusing on building the operational infrastructure to support Nautilus’s next phase of growth. She brings more than two decades of experience leading business transformation, operations strategy, and organizational change across technology, defense, and healthcare.

Chase has held senior leadership roles at Dell, Emerson Network Power (now Vertiv), Epicor Software, and Hypori. At Dell, she led the financial recovery for a $90M data center project, leading to a $180M continuation phase. At Emerson, she managed a team of 100 professionals and delivered a 15MW data center project in Lulea, Sweden, with more than 90% operating profit.

A Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Project Management Professional, Chase holds a PhD in Organizational Development Leadership from Capella University. Prior to her corporate career, she served as a Captain in the United States Army.
