The EcoCore FCD (Facility Cooling Distribution Unit) is a leak-proof, scalable cooling solution for high-density AI, HPC, and industrial data centers. It handles heat rejection while integrating with existing liquid cooling systems throughout a data hall. 

Each FCD module supports between 2,000 kW and 4,000 kW of heat rejection, enabling it to support dense computing loads and facility-scale deployments.

The FCD features our patented variable leak prevention system (LPS) it uses a vacuum-sealed, closed-loop design that ensures leak-proof operation. It is engineered so that it inherently cannot leak and incorporates redundancy up to N+2 for critical systems.

Yes. The FCD is water-source agnostic, designed to support freshwater, saltwater, graywater, or industrial water sources. It works alongside direct-to-chip, immersion, rear-door, hot-aisle, or other cooling architectures.

The FCD supports a maximum TCS flow of 50 L/s (โ‰ˆ793 GPM) and a pressure head of 2.5 bar (with total available head up to 6 bar). It uses 150 mm (6 inch) SS316 sanitary connections for both primary and secondary circuits. Approach temperature difference (ATD) is 1.5 ยฐC (2.7 ยฐF). For controls, it supports Modbus, OPC UA, SNMP, and Redfish protocols, and comes with built-in sensors, a touchscreen display, and modular filtration options.
