Post previously served as Principal Architect at the company, where he worked directly with customers to design and deploy cooling solutions built on the company's EcoCoreยฎ platform.
Post brings a career built on engineering and enterprise sales, a combination that has shaped his approach to solving one of the data center industry's major challenges: meeting the density demands of modern AI and HPC workloads. His background spans data center infrastructure, energy management, DCIM, and microelectronics design, giving him a hands-on foundation that shapes how he engages with customers navigating complex infrastructure decisions.
Post has held engineering and technology leadership roles with multiple Fortune 100 companies, federal government agencies, healthcare systems, and mid-market businesses. Through these positions, heโs gained firsthand insight into how organizations of all sizes and sectors make infrastructure decisions.
In his new role as Vice President of Engineering, Post will help lead the continued development of Nautilus's engineering strategy and technology roadmap, ensuring the company's cooling solutions keep pace with the evolving demands of AI infrastructure.
